Mike founded Ascend SPG (Sales Performance Group) with a passion for helping individuals and organizations succeed and radically improving their sales effectiveness. Prior to founding Ascend, Mike has assisted in the building and development of other national sales organizations.

Mike is a dynamic public speaker and engaging live session facilitator. Having trained top sales and business development teams nationally is a driving force behind his love for developing sales greatness in the people he works with. As a top sales performer nationally, Mike brings his 25 years of sales experience to the heart of Ascend.

Mike co-authors a national business development newsletter for Franklin Covey’s Sales Performance practice which is delivered to organizations, sales leaders and business development consultants each week

Mike and his family live in a beautfiul mountain valley in Utah. Mike’s first love is always spending time with his family. In addition Mike loves the mountains, bike riding and traveling.
