Matt is the Vice President and Partner of Ascend SPG. Matt has 18 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies mostly in the 2nd largest Automotive Aftermarket company globally. He held several key leadership positions in operations and Human Resources. Most notable the design and implementation of the Store Manager training program. Matt received several key awards including Division Manager of the year when he had several states under his leadership with sales responsibility of 48 million annually. Has helped to promote many team members to key positions under his leadership. While Matt gives credit to many mentors he gives most of his success achieved to the long time mentorship of Charles Lee. Matt’s passion is building successful organizations and helping others achieve their long term goals through key leadership and selling skill sets. Matt currently lives in Franklin, TN with his wife and their three children.
